Garret Kramer

Mr. Kramer is the founder and managing partner of Inner Sports, LLC.  He has provided consulting and/or crisis management services to hundreds of athletes and coaches; from well known professionals, Olympians, and teams, to high school and collegiate players across a multitude of sports.  A former collegiate ice hockey player, Mr. Kramer is credited with bringing the principles of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought to the athletic community at large.  Mr. Kramer often lectures on topics related to the states of mind that lead to success on and off the playing field.  He has been featured on WFAN in New York, ESPN Radio, WOR, FOX, CTV, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, The Newark Star Ledger, The Toronto Star, The Philadelphia Daily News, and other nationally syndicated sports programs and magazines.  Mr. Kramer is the author of Stillpower: The Inner Source of Athletic Excellence; foreword written by NHL and U.S. Olympic star Zach Parise.

Dr. Aaron Turner

Dr. Turner is the CEO of Pransky and Associates, an organization that provides, through the three principles, consulting services to the public, businesses, organizations, and mental health facilities.  As Inner Sports’ content partner, Dr. Turner and Pransky and Associates apply an understanding of the principles to leadership development, cultural change efforts, individual and team performance, and issue resolution and mediation.  A former researcher and consultant at The Center for Health, Sickness, and Disablement at Brunel University in London, Dr. Turner was the first person ever to be awarded first class honors in Anthropology from the University of Wales.  He holds a Master’s degree in Medical Anthropology and a PhD in Anthropology and Philosophy from Brunel University.

Nichole Platte Nieves

Ms. Nieves is Director of Programs at Pranksy and Associates and a  lead coach at Inner Sports.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.  A former professional soccer player, Ms. Nieves was also a varsity standout at Cornell.  She combines an understanding of the three principles and an outstanding athletic career to bring a clear perspective to players, parents, and coaches alike.  Prior to her work at Pransky and Inner Sports, Ms. Nieves spent several years advising senior executives as an organizational development consultant at BAE Systems – a premier global defense organization.

Rich LeFurgy

Mr. LeFurgy has 13 years of digital media and marketing experience, in addition to 18 years in the traditional media business at an advertising agency in New York.  Most recently, Mr. LeFurgy started Archer in 2003, advising clients such as America Online, Google, Iconoculture and Real Networks in online advertising and marketing strategy.  Mr. LeFurgy has long been recognized as one of interactive industry’s leaders, and was awarded the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s first Lifetime Achievement Award in 2004.  In 2000, he was one of the first inductees to Advertising Age’s Interactive Hall of Fame.
